Strength- Back squats (WK1)

E2MOM: Bench squats 

1.) 4×8 (Start @ 60%- increase 5% each set)

2.) Back squat static hold (115% 1RM- 3x:30s*)

*Rest :60s between sets

 

WOD

For time:

  • 60 Wall balls (#20/14)
  • 75 Med ball sit ups
