WOD – 6/27/18

Begin the day with a heavy deadlift and end it w/ an endurance/stamina work out that will leave your legs and lungs begging for mercy! It’s time to go hard and make sure you don’t look up until the WOD is over…COME GET SOME!!!
Strength- Sumo deadlifts 5×5 (Increase weight each set- Start @ 70% 1RM conventional DL)
