(Physical Readiness Equals Performance) $145
PREP is a course designed for the novice to beginner athlete who has limited to no experience with CrossFit and the highly skilled movements associated with each work out. This course will cover the 9 foundational movements; Air squat, Front squat, Overhead squat, Shoulder press, Push press, Push jerk, Deadlift, Sumo deadlift high pull and the medicine ball clean, all while under the supervision of a trained coach. Each session will conclude with a short work out. The PREP course will consist of at least 2 mandatory classes per week for a period of 2-3 weeks. The participant is required to attend all 5 classes and will have the option to attend Saturday morning WOD’s during the month. Participants can sign up at any time during the month.
Athletes are NOT required to take the PREP course if they have sufficient CrossFit experience prior to joining
