3-Position Squat Clean (ground, below knee, above knee) + 1 Split Jerk

  • Set 1: 1 @ 70%
  • Set 2: 1 @ 75%
  • Set 3: 1 @ 75%
  • Set 4: 1 @ 80%
  • Set 5: 1 @ 85% 

 

WOD

10 minute AMRAP: (3-6-9-12-etc.)

  • Shoulder to overhead (#135/95)
  • C2B Pull-ups
