Pre Open Recovery

2 Rounds NFT:

  • 500m Row
  • :60s Double KB front rack hold
  • 15 Spanish Squats

Then…

3 sets of:

  • Turkish Get-Ups x 2-3 reps each arm- Rest 30 seconds
  • Strict HSPU x 6 reps- Rest 30 seconds
  • Alternating Side Lunges x 8 reps (4 each leg)- Rest 30 seconds
  • :30s Hollow Hold- Rest 30 seconds
*If you are not doing the Open, eliminate the rest period and complete 4 rounds instead of 3.
