Strength:

9 min EMOM:

  1. 10 Bent over Lateral DB Flys
  2. 10 (5 each side) Single leg KB Deadlifts
  3. 10 Upright DB Row

WOD

Every 4 min for 5 Rounds:

  • 15/12 cal Row
  • 8 Power Snatch (#115/75)
  • 6 Lateral burpee over bar
*Athlete should have 1 minute of rest per round.
