WOD

For time: w/ a partner
10 Rounds:
  • 200m Sprint (P1: Sprints 100m, tag, P2: Sprints 100m)
  • 10 Squat snatch (#95/65)- You go, I go format
  • 10 Lateral burpee over bar- You go, I go format
  • 10 Hang power cleans (#95/65)- P1: completes all reps in round 1/P2: completes all reps in round 2, etc
  • 20 Wall balls (#20/14)- (split reps)

*REMINDER: We will be holding ONE class on 7/4 (9am) and will be closed for the 530/630am classes ONLY on 7/5.

Strength:  Alt. KB presses

  • 5×5- athlete chooses weight

*Athlete will hold one KB in the front rack while they press with the opposite arm. Switch when 5 reps has been completed

  • 10 Toes to Bar
