Clean high pull + 2 hang power clean (knee)

E2MOM for 14 Minutes:

  • Set 1-2: 60% for 2 reps
  • Set 3-4: 65% for 2 reps
  • Set 5-6: 70% for 2 reps
  • Set 7: 75% for 2 reps 

 

WOD

15 Min EMOM:

A.) 12 Single Arm KB Push Press (#53/35)- 6 each arm

B.) 12 Goblet Squats

C.) 0:40 Plank hold
