For Time:
  • 40 KB Snatch (#53/35)- 20 each arm
  • 40 Abmat Sit-ups
  • 40 SDLHP (#75/55)
  • 40 Hang Power Cleans
  • 40 Slamballs (#30/20)
  • 40 Ring rows (elevated with feet on a box if the athlete needs an added challenge)

*3 minute rest, THEN…

Cash Out:

  • 800m Row

Final time is the TOTAL for all work INCLUDING the 3 minute rest
