Strength: Snatch Complex
Snatch high pull + 2 Hang squat snatch (E2MOM)
  • Set 1-2: 60% for 2 reps
  • Set 3-4: 65% for 2 reps
  • Set 5-6: 70% for 2 reps
  • Set 7: 75% for 2 reps 

 

WOD

10 Min AMRAP:
  • 12 Wall Balls (#20/14)
  • 12 Burpees
