Strength: Back Squats (Wk 2- E2MOM)

  • Sets 1-2: 3 sec descent for 2 reps @ 70%
  • Sets 3-4: 3 sec descent for 2 reps @ 75%
  • Sets 5-7: Regular tempo for 1 rep @ 80%
