*REMINDER: We will be holding ONE class on 7/4 (9am) and will be closed for the 530/630am classes ONLY on 7/5.

Strength:  Alt. KB presses

  • 5×5- athlete chooses weight

*Athlete will hold one KB in the front rack while they press with the opposite arm. Switch when 5 reps has been completed

 

WOD

4 Rounds for time:
  • 20 Alternating DB snatch (#50/35)- 10 each arm
  • 10 Toes to Bar
