Strength: Split Jerk w/ 3 sec pause in dip

Every 90 sec for 12 mins:
  • Set 1-2: 2 reps @ 55%
  • Set 3-4: 2 reps @ 60%
  • Set 5-6: 2 reps @ 65%
  • Set 7-8: 2 reps @ 70%

 

WOD

16 Min EMOM:
  1. 10 Thrusters (#95/65)
  2. 12 Russian KBS (#70/44)
  3. 15 KB SDHP
  4. :30s Weighted plank (#45/35 plate on back)
