Strength: Front Squat: 16 Min E2MOM: All sets with 3 sec pause at the bottom

  • Set 1-2: 4 reps @60%
  • Set 3-4: 3 reps @65%
  • Set 5-6: 2 reps @70%
  • Set 7-8: 1 rep @75%
