On a 30 minute running clock: w/ a partner
  • 40 Synchro Burpees
  • 40 Hang power snatch (#75/55)
  • 40 Air squats-each
  • 30 Synchro burpees
  • 30 Hang power snatch (#75/55)
  • 30 Air squats- each
  • 20 Synchro burpees
  • 20 Hang power snatch (#75/55)
  • 20 Air squats- each
*With remaining time, Run as many meters as possible (use 400m loop)
