  • Set 1- 5 reps at 60%
  • Set 2 – 4 reps at 65%
  • Set 3 & 4 – 3 Reps at 70%
  • Set 5 & 6- 3 reps at 75%
  • set 7 & 8 – 2 reps at 80%
WOD

  • Burpees
2 min AMRepsAP:
  • C2b pull ups
2 min AMRepsAP:
  • Deadlifts @ 60% of DL 1-RM
2 min AMRepsAP:
  • Air squats
1 min rest between movements
