3 minute AMRAP:
Each partner will switch every 10 reps (1 minute break between AMRAPs)

AMRAP #1:

  • Push press (#115/85)

AMRAP #2:

  • Squat cleans (#115/85)

AMRAP #3:

  • Burpee over bar

AMRAP #4:

  • Lateral cone touch (L+R=1)

*Each AMRAP will be performed 2x
