Strength
Every 2 minutes, for 16 minutes (8 sets) of:
  • 1 Clean + 1 Hang Clean + 1 Jerk

*Start around 65% of your 1-RM Clean & Jerk and build over the course of the 8 sets 

WOD
12 minute AMRAP:
  • 12 Single Arm Hang DB Clean & Jerks (#50/35; 6 each arm)
  • 9 Box Jump-Overs (30″/24″)
  • 6 Bar Muscle-Ups
