Strength:  Back Squat 
E2MOM for 16 mins (8 sets):
  • Set 1: 6 reps at 60%
  • Set 2-3: 4 reps at 70%
  • Set 4-6: 2 reps at 80%
  • Set 7-8: 1 rep at 90%
WOD
10 Min AMRAP:
  • 10 hang power snatch (#95/65)
  • 10 Burpee over bar
  • 10 push press
