Strength:  Bench Press
Every 90 sec for 5 sets:
  • Set 1 – 10 reps at 50%
  • Set 2 – 8 reps at 60%
  • Set 3 – 6 reps at 70%
  • Set 4&5 – 5 reps at 75%
WOD
3 Rounds for time:
  • 12 alternating goblet lunges (6/leg; #53/35)
  • 25 KB Swings
  • 20 KB SDHP
