  • Set 1: 4 reps @ 65%
  • Set 2 & 3: 3 reps @ 70%
  • Set 4 & 5: 2 reps @ 75%

  • 150 m row
  • 10 ring dips
  • 100 DU
  • :30s plank (counts as 1 rep)
