14 Min AMRepsAP (ascending ladder): 2, 4, 6, 8 10, etc
  • Single arm KB OHS (#53/35)

*Split reps evenly between arms- ex: 1 squat per arm for the round of 2, 2 squats per arm for the round of 4, etc)

  • Box Jumps (24″/20)
  • Kettlebell swings
