  • Seated DB press 3×10 (Athlete chooses weight- should be light to moderate)
WOD
16 minute AMRAP: w/ a chasing partner
  • 10 DB clean and jerks (#50/35)- 5 each side
  • 10 Burpee box jump overs (24″/20)
  • 10 Alt. OH lunges- 5 each leg
