4 Rounds:

  • 10 V-ups or TTB
  • 15 Overhead plate sit ups
  • 10 Straight leg to taps
  • :30s Handstand hold or bent elbow plank
WOD
 For time: w/ a partner
  • 100 Med ball lunges- 50 each leg (#20/14)
  • 100 Wall balls (#20/14)- switch every 10 reps
  • 100 Slam balls (#30/20)
